Every engagement starts the same way. A conversation. No form, no discovery questionnaire, no sales process.
I ask about your business, what you sell, who your customers are, what your current site does well and where it lets you down. From that conversation I can tell you what I would build, roughly what it would cost and what you should realistically expect from it.
If it is a good fit we agree a scope, I give you a fixed price and we get started. If it is not a good fit I will tell you that too.

I have been working in digital marketing for over 20 years. Before going independent I spent years agency-side and in enterprise digital marketing teams. I have managed substantial budgets, built complex systems and worked with businesses from small local operations to nationally recognised brands.
Every website I build is designed with SEO and conversion in mind from the start, not added afterwards as an afterthought. The technical foundations, the page structure, the copy, the speed, the tracking. All of it matters and all of it gets done properly.
Because I work with a small number of clients at any one time, you always know who is doing the work. There is no team. There is no account manager. There is no handoff to someone who was not in the original conversation.

A straightforward custom website typically takes four to six weeks from the start of the project to launch. A website with a custom back-end system takes longer, usually eight to twelve weeks depending on the complexity. I give you a realistic timeline before we start and I stick to it. The biggest variable is usually how quickly you can supply content, images and feedback. The clearer you are about what you need at the start, the faster things move.
Yes. Everything I build belongs to you. There are no ongoing fees owed to me, no lock-in, and no situation where you lose your site if you stop working with me. The code, the content and the domain are yours. Hosting costs are separate and paid directly to the hosting provider. Typically between £5 and £30 per month depending on the requirements of your site. I will confirm exactly what hosting will cost before you commit to anything.
No. I am based in North Wales but I work with businesses across the UK. Everything is handled remotely so location is never a barrier. That said I do have a strong understanding of the local North Wales market, which is useful if you are a local business trying to reach local customers.
It depends on what you have. Sometimes a redesign makes sense. More often than not a site with structural or technical problems is quicker and cleaner to rebuild properly than to patch. I will look at what you have and give you an honest view on which approach makes more sense for your specific situation.
That is fine. Option 1 is a straight website build with no ongoing commitment. If you decide later that you want marketing support we can talk about it then. I do not push services on people who do not need them.
The most common complaints I hear are: the project took much longer than promised, communication dried up halfway through, the finished site was not what was discussed, and nobody explained what to do next. Those problems almost always happen when there is a gap between the person selling the work and the person doing it. There is no gap here. I sell it, I build it, I deliver it.
